Trials and Tribulations: a Boomer Living with ADHD
In this episode, welcome to my world; negotiating daily life, as a "textbook example" of a "high-functioning" adult Boomer with ADHD in a modern world. Hijinx can sometimes ensue, which can be both trying and entertaining; sometimes simultaneously.

Project 2025: Canada's Fresh Water Supply
For some context, I originally co-wrote and recorded this show back in September 2024, with a hopeful release date, which never came to fruition, shortly thereafter. Life happens, we've now launched and I feel it's still a very relevant observation. Remembering previous dealings with various US administrations, this probably won't end well for Canada and in particular, Beautiful British Columbia, my home province.

Canada Post Community Hubs and Banking
In an effort to make Canada Post a little more resistant to its' ongoing "money problem", perhaps the Federal Crown Corporation should examine how 60 countires in Europe, Asia and Africa are using Postal Banking to help serve their customer base in remote areas of the world.

Canadian Federal Politics Stuck in a Two Party Liberal/Conservative Rut
With really only two Canadian federal political parties getting re-elected. It's either going to be federal Liberal Leader PM Justin Trudeau or federal Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre who end up forming Canada's Federal Governemnt in 2025. Yet, the federal NDP manage to get things passed while they're always in opposition; Remember CAD$2000.00 per month deposited into qualifing Canadian's bank accounts back in 2020 when Covid19 struck. That was an NDP thing as Trudeau initially only offered CAD$1000.00 per month. Then there's the new Canadian Dental Care Plan, also courtesy of Jagmeet Singh and the NDP. Is it time for a rethink, rather than only voting to keep the other party out in a federal four party (including the federal Green Party with Elizabeth May) system where only two parties are ever front and centre; it's the lessor of two evils logic?

As I call New Westminster home, I recognize and respect that New Westminster is on the unceded and unsurrendered land of the Halkomelem speaking peoples. I acknowledge that colonialism has made invisible their histories and connections to the land. As a City, we are learning and building relationships with the people whose lands we are on.
